Payment is a separate, deliberate step. Submitting an order form never charges you. You see the exact total first, and you decide when to pay.
The confirmation page and the confirmation email
Pressing Review & pay saves the order and takes you to a confirmation page. That page states the exact total and links to the checkout. A confirmation email with the same payment link is sent to the address you entered.
You therefore have three choices:
- pay straight away from the confirmation page
- pay later from the link in the email
- reply to the email first, to change something
If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact support with the address you used.
The checkout
Payment takes place on a secure hosted checkout run by our payment provider.
- No card details are entered on growthpages.ae, passed through it or stored by it.
- We never see or hold your card number.
- We do not store payment methods, so we cannot charge you again later.
Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. The available payment methods are shown on the checkout page itself. If you need to confirm a particular method beforehand, ask support.
Changing the order before you pay
Nothing is produced until payment clears, so you can take your time. Reply to the confirmation email to:
- add or remove pieces
- change the service level
- settle topics or a publishing schedule
- ask whether a deadline is realistic
- ask for a different price for an unusual scope
A person replies within about one business day and adjusts the order with you. If your brief needs a different price, we agree it with you before you pay.
What happens when you pay
- A contract forms at the moment your payment completes, under the terms of service published at that time.
- Production starts as soon as the payment clears.
- Within about one business day you receive a confirmed delivery date. See How long delivery takes.
Nothing renews
Growth Pages and articles are one-time purchases. There is no subscription, no retainer and nothing to cancel. A dedicated blog covers twelve months, and continuing after that is a new payment that only you can make. We write to you before the date. See Dedicated blog renewal, and what happens if you stop.
Invoices and receipts
Questions about receipts, or about the company details your accounts team needs on paperwork, are best raised before you pay. Reply to your confirmation email or contact support.
If we cannot take the order
If an order falls outside what we do, or under our acceptable use rules, we tell you and refund anything you have already paid. See What we will not write and Corrections, revisions and refunds.
