We do not quote one fixed number of days, because delivery time depends on how much you ordered and where it is going. What we do commit to is when production starts, and when you will be given a date.
The sequence
- You submit the order. It is saved immediately, and the confirmation page shows your total.
- You pay. Production starts as soon as the payment clears. Nothing is produced before that.
- You get a confirmed delivery date, normally within about one business day after payment.
- We work to that date. If a piece fails a quality check, it is fixed and checked again, and the agreed date is still the one we work to.
What changes the timing
- How much you ordered. A single article is quicker than a pack of twelve. Large orders are scheduled, not released in one go, and the 120-article pack runs to a schedule agreed with you.
- Where it is going. Your own domain needs one DNS record from your side before the work can go live there. See Using your own domain or subdomain.
- Your service level. On Standard, work is published as soon as it passes the checks. On Pro and Complete it waits for your approval, so the go-live time then depends on how quickly you respond.
- Questions before payment. If you reply to the confirmation email to adjust the scope, a person answers within about one business day, and production starts after you pay.
Working to a deadline
If the work is tied to a date, do two things:
- Say so in your brief. Give the date and the reason, for example a stand at a Dubai exhibition, a property launch, a Ramadan offer or the start of a school term. We prioritise the order.
- Consider Pro or Complete. Both include faster publishing, which places your order ahead of the normal queue. See Standard, Pro or Complete.
If you need to know whether a date is realistic before paying, ask support or reply to your confirmation email. You will get a straight answer before you commit.
The free start
After you click the link in the confirmation email, a person picks up your claim and production starts within about one business day. The live links are emailed to you once both pieces pass the quality checks. See How to claim the free start.
Dedicated blogs
After payment we build the blog, apply your branding, secure it, and write and publish the three launch articles. Launch day ends with the live address and your delivery report.
