Every order has a service level: Standard, Pro or Complete. The piece itself is the same on all three. Research, writing, design and the quality checks never change. The level decides how much you see before the work goes live, how quickly it moves through the queue, and whose brand is on the paperwork.
Standard: included in the base price
Everything is done for you. The work is published as soon as it passes the quality checks, and you receive the delivery report. Nothing is held back from Standard. It is the complete product.
Choose it when you want the work live as soon as possible and are happy to request any fix afterwards.
Pro: you approve first
Pro adds three things:
- Manual approval. Each piece is sent to you as a draft and is published only when you approve it.
- Faster publishing. Your order is placed ahead of the normal queue.
- Client-ready summary. A clean summary of the delivery that you can forward to a manager or a customer.
Choose it when wording matters a great deal, for example for a clinic, a law firm or a regulated business, or when you are working to a date.
Complete: your brand on everything
Complete includes everything in Pro, plus extras that depend on the service:

Choose it when you deliver the work to your own clients, when you want the page to collect enquiries itself, or when a batch of articles should appear week by week rather than all at once.

The add-on is charged once and covers the whole order, whether that order is a single article or a pack of 120. You pick the level on the order form, and the total updates as you choose.
How approval works
On Pro and Complete, what you review is the finished piece, not a text file. It stays unpublished until you say yes. If something is wrong in the draft, tell us and we correct it before it goes live.
On Standard you can still ask for corrections after publication, at no charge, when the work does not match your brief. See Corrections, revisions and refunds.
