A Growth Page is built around one action. This article covers the choices for that action and how the optional enquiry form works.
Choose the action before you order
Decide what you want a visitor to do, and put it in your brief:
- Call you. The phone number is repeated down the page and can be tapped on a mobile.
- Book. The button opens your booking or appointment link.
- Go somewhere else you choose. The call to action can point to any link you give us: a quote form on your own site, a product page, or a chat link if your enquiries normally arrive by message.
- Fill in a form on the page itself. This is the lead capture form described below.
One action works better than several. A page that offers a call, a form, a brochure and three social links gives an undecided visitor too many exits.
The lead capture form
A lead capture form is an enquiry form placed on the page and wired so that submissions reach your inbox. It is part of the Complete service level for Growth Page orders, which adds $149 to the order. Complete also includes offer positioning, draft approval, faster publishing, a client-ready summary and a white-label report. See Standard, Pro or Complete.
The form is added where it is technically supported on the destination you choose. If you are not sure whether your destination qualifies, ask support before you pay.
Tell us in the brief which email address the enquiries should go to.
Without a form
On Standard and Pro, the page sends people to your phone number, your booking link or the link you chose. For many businesses, especially ones where customers prefer to call or message, that is all the page needs.
Details to put in the brief
- The exact number or link, written the way you want it displayed
- The hours in which someone answers, if that matters to buyers
- What happens after the visitor gets in touch: who replies, how quickly, and what they receive. This becomes part of the offer section of the page.
An aesthetic clinic in Abu Dhabi might state that booking requests are confirmed the same working day. A contractor might state that site visits are arranged within a set number of days. Details like these answer the unspoken question, "What happens if I press this button?"
What we do not do
We do not answer enquiries for you, and we do not promise a number of leads. No supplier controls that. See Rankings, traffic and leads: what we do not promise.
