Promises such as "page one in 30 days" are common when SEO services are sold. We will not make that kind of promise, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Here is what we decline to promise, and what we commit to in its place.
What we do not guarantee
Our terms state plainly that we do not and cannot guarantee:
- search rankings
- traffic
- indexing
- leads
- sales, or any other commercial outcome
Search engines make their own decisions about what to index, when, and where it appears. No agency or supplier controls that.
What we commit to on every order
These things are within our control:
- Keyword planning before any writing starts
- Original, fact-checked writing, with claims traced to a source
- Correct on-page setup: a search-friendly title and description, a proper heading structure and structured data that validates
- Internal links to your related pages and articles
- Sitemap inclusion
- Submission to Google and Bing when the piece is published, which is the fastest signal available to us
- Automated quality checks before anything goes live. See Quality checks before anything is published.
- A delivery report that lists exactly what was published and where, so you can check each URL yourself. See Reading your delivery report.
What gets built is guaranteed. How a search engine ranks it afterwards is not something anyone can sell you.
Why we put it this way
A promise that cannot be kept is no use to you. A finished page with the right foundations is. We prefer you to judge the work itself, which is why the first page and article for each website are free. See What the free start includes.
Improving your chances
Nothing here is a guarantee, but these choices are in your hands:
- Give us specifics. Real prices, real service areas and real credentials make a page more useful to a buyer in Dubai or Riyadh than general claims do. See What to put in your brief.
- Use one page for each offer and each area, so that every page matches one search. See What is a Growth Page?
- Publish steadily. A batch of articles planned together covers a subject and links to itself. See Choosing topics, keywords, links and publishing pace.
- Send visitors yourself. A Growth Page works with ads, email, social posts and QR codes on printed material from the first day. It does not have to wait for search traffic.
Refunds and results
Results are not part of what is sold, so our terms do not describe a refund for a lack of rankings or leads. Mistakes in the work are a different matter, and they are corrected free of charge. See Corrections, revisions and refunds.
Our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
