Choosing topics, keywords, links and publishing pace

Direct the order in detail or send only your niche. The price is the same, and batches can be spread over weeks.

You can direct an article order as closely as you like, or hardly at all. The price is the same either way, because the research is done in both cases.

If you want to decide

Put any of the following in your brief and we follow it:

  • Topics, as titles or as plain questions your customers ask
  • Keywords you want each article to target
  • Links. The page on your site that each article should point to
  • Anchor text. The exact words to be linked, if you have a preference
  • A no-go list. Things we must not say, claims you do not make, competitors not to mention

A Doha law firm, for example, might ask for one article each on employment contracts, commercial leases and company formation, each linking to the matching practice page, with a note that no outcome may be promised.

If you would rather we decide

Send only your niche. We plan one primary keyword and its related terms for each article. For a batch, we map the subject across all the articles, so each one answers a separate question and points to the article that answers the next.

If you want to settle the topics before paying, reply to your confirmation email. A person answers within about one business day.

Internal linking is part of every order. Each new article links to the related ones already published, so the first article in a batch keeps gaining links from the ones that follow. You do not need to ask for this.

Publishing all at once, or over time

A blog that publishes twelve posts in a day and then goes quiet looks abandoned. The same twelve posts released week by week read like a publication someone is looking after.

  • On the Complete level, scheduled publishing is included. Your batch is paced out over days or weeks instead of going live in one go. Complete also puts a named author on each article.
  • On Standard or Pro, you can still ask for a schedule. Mention it in your brief, or reply to your order confirmation before you pay, and we set the schedule with you.
  • The 120-article pack is always delivered to a schedule that we agree with you.

See Standard, Pro or Complete for the full comparison of levels.

Approving topics or drafts

On Standard, articles are published as soon as they pass the quality checks. If you want to read each one first, choose Pro or Complete and every draft waits for your approval.

After publication

Every live URL appears in your delivery report, so you can see exactly where each article went. See Reading your delivery report.
