This is a plain-language summary of how GrowthPages.ae handles personal data. The full text is the privacy policy on the site, and that policy takes priority over this summary.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us. Your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and your business name.
- Your order brief. Your niche, your target domain, the goals and background you write, and any files, logos or facts you send.
- Basic technical information when you visit the site: pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, and the browser you used.
We do not collect payment card details on the website. Payment happens on a separate hosted checkout run by our payment provider. See Paying for your order.
What we use it for
- Replying to your request, quoting it and agreeing the scope
- Producing and publishing the work, and sending your delivery report
- Contacting you about your order, including a reminder before a dedicated blog reaches the end of its year
- Keeping the site working and secure
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it out. We do not add you to marketing lists that you did not ask for.
Who sees it
Only the service providers we need to run the service: hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, domain and DNS providers when you publish on your own address, and analytics. They act on our instructions and only for these purposes. We share data with nobody else, except where the law requires it or where it is needed to establish or defend a legal claim.
Some providers operate outside your country. Where that is the case, we rely on standard contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it

Cookies
The site uses essential cookies that keep you signed in and protect forms from abuse. It also uses simple analytics to see which pages are read and where visitors come from. There are no advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete it
- restrict or stop certain uses of it
- provide it in a portable format
Requests are normally actioned within thirty days, free of charge. Deleting your data may mean that we can no longer maintain content we published for you. If so, we tell you clearly before acting. If you are unhappy with how a request was handled, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
