Design, colours and artwork: making the page look like your business

What custom design covers, what to send us, and what happens if you have no logo or brand colours yet.

A Growth Page should look like your business, not like a template with your logo pasted in. Custom design is part of every page order, on every service level.

What "custom design" covers

  • Your colours and fonts. The page is designed around your brand, using what you send with the brief.
  • Artwork made for this page. Illustrations are produced for your page and compared with everything we have published before, so you do not end up with the same picture as another business.
  • Your name, your words, your voice. Names, offers and details on the page come from your brief.

What to send

Anything you already have is useful:

  • Your logo, in the best quality you have
  • Brand colours, as colour codes if you know them
  • The fonts you use, or a link to your website so we can match them
  • A price list, a brochure or a company profile if it shows how you present yourself

Describe them in your brief, paste in any links, and send files by replying to your confirmation email.

No brand kit?

Say so in the brief. That is normal, particularly for newer businesses, and it is fine. The page still gets an original design and its own artwork. It will not fall back to a generic template.

The brand check

One of the automated checks that every piece must pass is a brand check: names, colours and details are compared with your brief before the page can be published. A page that does not pass is returned to our production team and corrected before you ever see it. See Quality checks before anything is published.

Seeing the design before it is public

On the Pro and Complete levels the finished page is sent to you as a draft and is published only when you approve it. On Standard the page is published as soon as it passes the checks. If anything does not match your brief, tell us and we correct it free of charge. See Corrections, revisions and refunds.

Saving your brand for next time

A free account lets you store your logo, colours and sign-off once. Delivery reports can then come out under your own brand. See Creating an account and tracking your orders.

Working in two languages

If you need an Arabic page, or a page in both Arabic and English, ask support before you order so we can tell you what is possible.
