Reading your delivery report

A web page, a PDF and a plain list of URLs. What the report contains and how to put your own brand on it.

Every order, including the free start, ends with a delivery report. It is your proof that the work exists and your record of where it lives.

Three formats in one delivery

  • The web report. A page that opens in any browser. Forward the link to a colleague, a manager or a client.
  • The PDF copy. The same report as a file, ready to attach to an email or keep with your records. It is useful when someone asks what was actually delivered.
  • The plain list of URLs. One link per line, ready to paste into a spreadsheet, a rank tracker or a message.

The report link is issued without an expiry date. It will still open next month and next year.

What is on the report

  • Each piece in the order, by name, with its headline
  • Where each piece was published: the exact destination, not just a category
  • The live URL of each piece, ready to click
  • What each piece is for: the goal it was built around, and for articles the search topic it was written to capture
  • The quality status of the work

For a dedicated blog, the report also shows the blog's live address.

How to use it

Open each link and check the work yourself. If something does not match your brief, reply with the URL and the problem. See Corrections, revisions and refunds.

If you run ads or track search positions, the plain URL list saves you from retyping addresses.

Reports under your own brand

If you deliver our work to your own clients, the white-label report carries your logo, your colours and your sign-off, with no mention of us anywhere on it. It can also live on a reports address of your own.

The white-label report is part of the Complete service level. Pro and Complete both include a client-ready summary, a clean overview of the delivery that you can forward to a customer. See Standard, Pro or Complete.

With a free account you can save your logo, colours and sign-off once, and connect your own address for reports. See Creating an account and tracking your orders.

This setup suits agencies and consultancies in the Gulf that manage content for several clients. Each client receives a report that looks like your own work.

Finding an old report

  • Search your inbox for the delivery email. The link inside it still works.
  • If you ordered while signed in, open your account to see every order and its report.
  • If you cannot find it, contact support with the email address you ordered with.
