Pay a WONC payment request safely

Check the order reference, amount and currency before opening secure checkout.

When paid work is agreed, WONC can provide a private payment link.

  1. Open the request and check its description, order reference, amount and currency.
  2. Select Continue to payment to open hosted checkout.
  3. Review the final checkout amount and any currency conversion offered.
  4. Enter payment details only in the secure checkout and authorise the payment yourself.
  5. Return to the request and refresh it to see the latest confirmed status.

A WONC payment request is a one-time payment. It does not start automatic recurring card charges. Share the private link only with the person arranging payment.

Returning from checkout alone does not prove payment succeeded. WONC records payment after confirmation from the connected payment service. If the status has not updated, keep the order reference and check payment status help.

Never send a card number, security code, one-time passcode or banking password to support.
