At the Standard level, we publish the work as soon as it clears our checks. If you want to see everything before the public does, choose the Pro level for $69, or the Complete level, which includes it. At both levels, nothing is published until you approve it.
How approval works
- Choose Pro or Complete in step 2 of the order form.
- We produce the work, and it passes our review: the automatic check for sales pages, and our production team's review for articles.
- We send you the work before publishing.
- You reply with your approval, or with what you want changed.
- Once you approve, we publish the work, and you receive the delivery report with the links.
What to check before you approve
- The facts: prices, addresses, opening hours and any figure about your business. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you send us, and this is your chance to confirm it before publishing.
- The contact route: the phone or WhatsApp number, and the step you want visitors to take.
- The offer itself: its name, its conditions and its dates, if it has any.
- The tone: does it suit your customers?
- The language: is the piece in the language you ordered, and does it use the words your customers use?
- For articles: the topic, the page the link points to, and the link text.
A correction or a new order?
If the work does not match the brief you confirmed, because of a wrong fact, the wrong tone, the wrong emphasis or a mistake on our side, we correct it at no charge. If you want something materially different from the brief, such as another offer, another audience or a new topic, that is new work with its own price. Either way, we tell you which of the two we think it is before we start.
What Pro adds besides approval
- A tidy delivery summary, ready to forward to a partner, a manager or a client.
- Faster publishing: if there is a queue, your order goes ahead of it.
And if you choose Standard?
The work is published as soon as it clears our checks, and the links reach you in the delivery report. If you find something that does not match your brief, you can ask for a correction after delivery. Details are in Changes and corrections after delivery.
When approval is worth it
- When the page will be published on your own address, and you want to see it before it appears there.
- In businesses where every sentence needs checking, such as clinics, law firms and property developers.
- When a partner or a manager must approve anything before it is published.
- When the same piece is published in two languages, and someone who reads both should compare the versions.
A tip for faster approval
Collect your notes in one reply, and say where each note belongs in the page or the article. If a note is about a figure, send its source. One clear reply is the shortest way to publishing.
