The delivery report, its PDF and the list of links

Three formats for one delivery: a web page, a PDF and a plain list of links. What the report contains and how to use it.

When your order is published, you receive your delivery report. It is your proof that the work exists, and your record of where it was published.

Three formats for one delivery

  • The web report: a page that opens in any browser without signing in. Send its link to a partner, a manager or a client.
  • The PDF: the same report as a file, from the download button inside the report. It is handy for attaching to an email or keeping in your records.
  • The plain list of links: a text file with one link per line: your pages, your published articles, and your dedicated blog's address if you have one. Its first line carries the store's name and the order reference. A piece that is not published yet does not appear in the list until it is.

What the report contains

  • The order reference, and the date the report was prepared
  • A summary band: how many pages are live, how many articles there are, how many blogs or domains the work reached, and the quality status
  • For each sales page: its main headline, what it was built to do, its live link, its status, and a picture of the top of the page when one is available
  • For each article: its title, the search topic it was written for, where it was published (a blog in our network or your dedicated blog), and a link to read it, or its status if it is not published yet
  • For a dedicated blog: its address and its status
  • Buttons for the enquiries page, the PDF download and the list of links

The titles of your pages and articles appear exactly as they were published, in English or in Arabic.

Report links are issued without an expiry date, and they stay available. The report page asks search engines not to show it in their results.

Anyone who has the report link can open it without signing in, and can also open the enquiries page for the same order. So share it only with people you trust.

The enquiries page

From the report, you can open the enquiries that came in through the contact forms on this order's pages: the name, the email or phone, the message, the page and the time it arrived. From there, you can also remove an enquiry from your list, and switch the contact form off, so that visitors see your direct contact details instead. You can switch it on again whenever you like.

The report under your own name

At the Complete level, the report carries your logo, your colours and your sign-off, with no mention of SEO Misr, and it can live on a reports address of your own. At the Pro and Complete levels, you also receive a tidy delivery summary, ready to forward to your client.

How to use the report

  • Open every link and check the work yourself.
  • If something does not match your brief, send us the link and what should change.
  • If you track ads or performance reports, the plain list of links saves you copying addresses one by one.

Finding an old report

  • Search your email for the delivery message: the link in it still works.
  • If you have an account, open My orders. In the client portal, the reports are under Report.
  • If you still cannot find it, write to us from the email address you ordered with.
