The setup fee covers the agreed initial work. Monthly or annual service covers the recurring scope in your proposal.
WONC currently requests renewals separately. Paying an initial or renewal request does not authorise automatic card charges.
Before changing your package, tell WONC which pages, team seats, marketing contacts, workflows or payment features you need. Ask for the revised recurring amount, any additional setup work and the date the change takes effect.
For a cancellation, refund request or ownership transfer, contact WONC with the site domain and relevant order reference. The agreed terms and completed work determine the next steps; a refund is not created simply by closing checkout or removing a feature.
