Mautic setup and managed hosting are included in Growth and Commerce, within the published limits.
- Growth: up to 1,000 marketing contacts, 1 lead capture form, 1 follow-up workflow and 1 branded email template with sender setup.
- Commerce: up to 5,000 marketing contacts, up to 3 follow-up workflows and 2 email templates.
Setup needs your approved content, sender details, audience rules and the action that should begin each workflow. We also need to agree how contacts give permission and how they can stop receiving marketing.
A website going live does not automatically activate Mautic or start sending campaigns. Each form, sender and workflow needs configuration and a test before activation. Import only contacts you are entitled to use, and do not send a customer list through public chat.
Extra contacts, additional workflows, third-party sending costs or work beyond the agreed scope are discussed separately. Ask WONC to confirm what is active on your site.
