On the Standard level, work is published without waiting for you: an article once our production team has reviewed it, a sales page once it passes the automatic check. The live link then goes into your delivery report.
If you want to see each piece before it goes live, choose the Pro level when you order. Every piece then waits for your approval before it is published.

Pro adds three things to the order: your approval before anything is published, faster publishing, and a client-ready summary.
How approval works
- We prepare the piece.
- Instead of being published, it waits for your approval.
- It is published only when you approve it.
If something needs changing, say so before you approve, and it is corrected before it goes live.
Pro on a pack
Each article in the pack waits for its own approval. On a large pack published on a schedule, a piece you have not approved yet is not published, so plan a regular time for reviews. See How pack delivery and scheduling works.
When Pro is worth it
- Wording matters a great deal. For example, a business in a regulated field, or a subject where one wrong word causes trouble.
- Someone else must sign off. A manager, a partner or a client.
- You are working to a date. Pro includes faster publishing.
- You pass the work on to a client. Pro includes a client-ready summary.
When Standard is enough
If you want the work live as soon as it is ready and are happy to point out anything that needs fixing afterwards, Standard is enough. After publishing, anything that does not match the brief you confirmed is corrected at no charge. See Corrections after delivery.
Choosing or changing the level
You choose the level on the order form, and the exact total, including the level, is shown before you pay. If you want a different level after submitting the form but before paying, reply to your order confirmation email: until you pay, the scope can still change.
