You can reach Seovider by email or through the contact page on the website. There is no phone line.
Write to mail@seovider.com. Use it for questions before you order, questions about an order in progress, changes, corrections, complaints and privacy requests.
If your question is about an order you have not paid for yet, you can also reply to your order confirmation email. The Terms of Service invite exactly that: until you pay, you can reply to change the scope or to ask for a different price.
The contact page
The contact page at seovider.com/contact takes a message from the website. You do not need a finished brief, a domain or a payment card to start the conversation. A rough idea of what you are after is enough.
No phone number
Seovider does not have a phone number. Email and the contact page are the ways to reach us.
What to include
A message that answers these questions can usually be dealt with in one reply:

Questions before you order
Ask anything before you pay. Submitting the order form saves your order and shows the exact total, but it does not charge you anything by itself. Nothing is produced until you pay. So there is time to ask about topics, scope or the price first. See Paying for an order, and when a payment fails.
Complaints
Complaints, and anything in the Terms of Service you want clarified, go to the same address. If something delivered does not match the brief you confirmed, see Corrections after delivery first: correcting it costs nothing.
