Who owns the content you produce for me?

You own the copy, design and images once the order is paid — here is how that works on each destination.

You do. Once an order is paid, the copy, designs and images we produce for you are yours. You own them outright and can use, edit, adapt, move or republish them however you like, with no time limit and no further payment to us.

By destination

Where it's published What that means
Your own domain The work sits at your address and stays there.
A subdomain we provide The work is yours and stays live with us, with no recurring fee. You can move it to your own domain later with redirects.
Our blog network You own the writing and can ask us for it at any time. The published copy stays hosted on the network blog so your links keep working.
Your dedicated blog The article sits on a blog that is your own asset. If you don't renew, we can provide an export of your published content.

What stays ours

Our own underlying tools, templates and systems. They aren't part of what you buy.

What you supply

You're responsible for anything you give us, such as logos, images, text and claims, and you confirm you have the right to use it. The facts you provide about your business remain your responsibility too, so please check them.

The free start

You keep both free pieces either way, and the links stay live whether or not you order again.
