The free page + article can be used once per website, ever. It's the only rule, and it lets us do free work properly, with the same research and QA gate as a paid order.
What counts as the same website
We check the root of the address. These all count as one website:
yourbrand.comwww.yourbrand.comshop.yourbrand.com
It doesn't matter whether you type https:// or www.
A different website gets its own free start
If you own a second website on a different root domain, such as yourotherbrand.com, it can claim its own free start.
What happens if the website has already claimed it
The system enforces the rule automatically. It refuses the duplicate claim straight away and shows the paid options instead. This way we never accept a request we would later have to turn down.
If you believe the website hasn't claimed before, contact us with the website address and we'll look into it.
After your free start
You keep both pieces and the links stay live. If you order again, the prices are public and you see the exact total before you pay. See the price list.
