Use this checklist when WONC sends your website for review.
- Read page headings, service details, product descriptions and contact information.
- Check the site on a phone and a desktop. Test menus and important buttons.
- Open every main page and check images and downloads.
- Send one clearly labelled test enquiry and confirm that the intended team receives it.
- If chat is included, send a test message and check that your team can reply.
- Review page titles, descriptions and social preview details.
- Check the agreed domain, HTTPS and any old URLs that need redirects.
- If payments are in scope, agree and complete a payment test through the secure checkout.
Keep a list of changes with the page address and the result you expected. A feature shown in a proposal still needs its own setup and verification before it is ready for customers.
